Constantly evolving, AMG is beginning to incorporate digital advertising into its offerings. CEO Rob Lutz is leading the way. A Cincinnati native, Rob graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Finance in 1993. Now an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur, Rob has worn many hats over the years. He served as general manager of Verizon’s VIP Communications for 9 years and owned T-Mobile’s Wireless Communications for 6 years.
After a decade in communications services, Rob joined the marketing sphere by co-founding AMG in 2003. Seven years later, Rob became sole owner after buying out his partner. Under Rob’s leadership, the company has flourished, recently celebrating its 20th Anniversary and growing into a dedicated, 30-person team of sales representatives and project managers.
Most recently, Rob opened Cincinnati’s premier baseball hitting lab, Gradum Gswing, in 2023. Rob is a dedicated community member in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati organization. He also served on the board for the Karen Wellington Foundation, which provides vacations and excursions to families living with cancer.
