Dan Engelhardt Director of Human Capital

Since 2013, Dan Engelhardt has been a senior associate at Burke CPAs & Advisors—assisting with talent acquisition, human resources, and tax consulting.

Dan brings more than 17 years of experience to the company with previous stints at other top-name firms including Windes & McClaughry, Barnes Dennig, and Buschle & Fairbanks. Dedicated to serving clients and candidates at the highest possible level, he’s certified in Critical Thinking, DiSC Assessment, SHRM, and is also a Motivators Assessment Practitioner.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Dan resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he’s involved with two non-profits—Habitat for Humanity International and Melodic Connections, which helps adults with disabilities learn simple songs on the guitar and piano.
